2011 Elite Rider Information
2011 Elite Rider Criteria:It is the mission of the Ronde Van Stony race to promote cycling at all levels.We try to provide an event that is accessible to beginners and promotes those cyclists that dedicate their energies to competing at the top of the sport.
As a part of that mandate, the Ronde Van Stony Classic will again give liberal free and discounted entries to the best in the sport.
Riders must contact race by 9/22/11 for Elite consideration.
Raceday sign up will incur full registration cost.
Unregistered riders/Bandits will be removed by Race or Law Enforcement officials.
The 2011 Criteria are as follows:
- Free Entries to anyone who finished in the Overall Top 15 men/Top 5 Women in the 2010 Ronde Van Stony Classic
Additional free entry qualifying standards:
- Top 10 Men/Top 5 Women Overall at 2011 Barry Roubaix
- Top 10 Men/Top 5 Women Overall at 2011 Paris Ancaster
- Top 10 Men/Top 5 Women Overall at 2011 Cone Azalia
- Top 20 Men/Top 10 Women Overall at 2010 Iceman Cometh
If you feel you are capable of competing at this level but did not compete at that level in these races, please email rondevanstony@gmail.com

The Ronde Van Stony will also offer half price entries to those meeting our sub-elite standard:
- Those riders who finished in the Overall Top 25 men/Top 15 Women in the 2010 Ronde Van Stony Classic
Additional half-price entry qualifying standards:
- Top 25 Men/Top 15 Women Overall at 2011 Barry Roubaix
- Top 25 Men/Top 15 Women Overall at 2011 Paris Ancaster
- Top 25Men/Top 15 Women Overall at 2011 Cone Azalia
- Top 40 Men/Top 20 Women Overall at 2010 Iceman Cometh
